"My first experience with a local dealer was less than stellar. I walked in HD of Cinn and immediately felt welcomed. There was no pressure to buy anything yet at the same time my salesman Allan Hayes was exceptionally helpful in answering questions and getting information I wanted on the various bikes. I purchased a 05 FLSTFI 'Fat Boy'. I didn't like the handlebars that were on it and one of the other salsman, Grant, traded me a pair off of his bike. Allan worked hard to get the bike to me when it was promised; my handlebars and security system were installed on time as well. No problems. Awesome experience!

" My saleman Rick was the greatest!! I purchased our ultra glide for my husbands Christmas present. Rick was really good about keeping it under my husbands nose, until I couldn hold it in anymore! I blew it! My husband LOVES the bike! He received the bike before Christmas, and I even went back to the dealership and brought extra "Dings and Blings" for the bike, to put underneath the tree. "Am very satisfied with experience so far. Rick Krummen responded via email to price inquiry in faster than normal time. Stopped by to browse and check out your bike selection. Met Mike Glardon and was impressed with young man's knowledge AND more importantly, he was not pushy. I appreciated that. It was a toss-up between an Ultra Electra Glide or Heritage Softail. After Mike spent time talking about the different bikes, he helped make up my mind. My next purchase will be the Heritage Softail, once I have the down payment saved. I was very pleased with my on-line purchase of the Alternator-Switchback Leather Jacket and picked it up at the Cincinnati store.
